VIJAYALAKSHMI (VL), making of empire started by the mentoring of Mr.Rajan Babu and has now grew to a company with more than 600 employees and a sprawling production area of more than 1.5 lakh square feet. An engineer by qualification, Mr. N. Rajan Babu, Chairman & MD founded the group in 1983 jointly with Mr. A. Karunanidhi and both has been the strong pillars & mentor to build it to a large enterprise in 39+ years with sheer hard work and determination. Both of the promoters where then joined in by Mr.N.Suryamani, Mr.K.Shyam & Mrs.R.Sumathi as Directors of the management board. Mr.A.Karunanidhi was & is the key pivotal in establishing & maintaining the complete operations & production of Vijayalakshmi. Mr.N.Suryamani, an Engineer by qualification joined into the stream by 1998 and had been a key pivotal in supplementing the presence of the VL over many states of India viz., Karnataka, Goa, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Orissa by heading the marketing office of VL from Bangalore. Mr.K.Shyam had been included in the business stream by 2016 and is catering to the development of the head of business unit from Coimbatore. Under the aegis of the mentor, the company has a standard healthy growth with their production facilities in Tamilnadu and having its corporate office in Bangalore. Having their head office in the Manchester of India – Coimbatore, VL has its offices in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Maharashtra & Odisha states.
VIJAYALAKSHMI, briefly, is one of the parts of Coimbatore’s history. Started on the firm foundation capability, the humble origin is actually lost to most of the early observers. While the others were making noises, we felt we have to consolidate and diverse.
Over three decades, whatever, VIJAYALAKSHMI had attained in reputation, technical lead and goodwill have now turned up as an aid to improve their product line. Solid demand from the market forced them to introduce many ancillary types of equipment along with their lead product –WET GRINDER. The interesting part is the insatiable hunger of the consumer world. Slowly VIJAYALAKSHMI introduced Product after Product and all are lapped up. VIJAYALAKSHMI after reviewing the situation decided to alter itself into a single solution provider in the area where they are market leaders in South India - Kitchen Appliances.

VL has already taken necessary initiatives to execute the project of our choice and formed a company under our flagship of VL Group in the name and style of M/s VL Energy Laos Company Limited (VLELCL) in Laos, that will primarily involve in developing energy projects in Laos, starting with a project of 100 MW on the anvil with all permissions to execute.
